- Continue climbing until you reach the tower where Captain Thomas is being cared for by his sister, Adela.
Help Captain Thomas:
- Adela will inform you that Thomas needs a Fever Tonic. The physician is away, so you'll need to craft it yourself.
- Gather ingredients (feverfew, ginger, elderberry leaf) and use an alchemy station to prepare the tonic.
Alternative Approach:
- Instead of sneaking, assist the Chamberlain with his stomach ailment by brewing a Digestive Potion. This grants you free access to the castle and the physician's chambers.

Locate the recipe in the physician’s chambers if needed.
Use feverfew (3), ginger (2), and elderberry leaf (1) to brew the potion at an alchemy station.

Once you deliver the tonic to Adela, Captain Thomas will recover enough to help you progress in saving Hans from execution.
